　　Do you worry that your private information such as address, salary or telephone number on Internet will be let out without your permission? This has become the common for many people.

　　The hot discussion on how to protect privacy on Intemet has lasted for these years. The following several reasons are approved by the mainstream of the society. For one thing, our govemment is expected to make stricter laws or regulations to protect privacy on Internet from leaking out. For another, both mass media and schools should educate people to keep their promises and seal their mouths on others' privacy. Besides, in some fields, personal information has been transacted for pursuing profits. And therefore cutting off the profitable chain plays a vital role in protecting personal privacy.

　　Surfing online is no longer something strange in our life. Except for searching information and communicating with friends, another online activity has become popular recently. That is online education.

　　Benefits and Challenges of Online Shopping

　　With the popularity of Internet, more and more people are inclined to choose online shopping. Not only could people select their favorite commodities such as clothes, food, cell phones through the Internet, but also they could enjoy some services of remote learning, online payment, online booking and so on.

　　随着互联网的普及，越来越多的人倾向于选择网上购物。人们不仅可以通过互联网选择他们最喜欢的商品，如服装、食品、手机，而且他们还可以享受一些服务，如远程教学、网上支付、网上订票等。

　　Online shopping has its particular advantages which are hardly found in the traditional shopping. For one thing, it is a desirable way to save much time for shopping. People needn't spend a whole daytime to lounge from one store to another for their shopping, however, what they have to do is just to browse the laptop with a cup of coffee and click softly for their goods. For another, online commodities tend to be cheaper than their counterparts because the cost of online store is usually lower than a conventional one. But online shopping also confronts many new challenges which include the inconvenience of remote transaction, lack of effective supervision and the risk of virtual platform.
