In a modern society, people always face the dilemma to choose whether AAA or BBB. This problem is the much debated one in that it affects everybody in their daily lives. People may prefer one to another although some may have no opinions about it at all. Before rendering my opinion, I think it is necessary to take a glance at the arguments of both sides.
It is quite easy for average people to choose BBB because of the obvious reason that---. It can be given by a well known example that ---.
But at the mean time, although BBB has some advantages, it also has many drawbacks such as ---. Therefore we have no complete evidence to suggest that BBB is always better than AAA. What is more, the innate quality of AAA, unfortunately, is often underestimated; in other words,if you notice the invisible benefits of choosing AAA, you can understand AAA more deeply.
Here I would explain a few of the most important reasons. The main reason is that ---. To illustrate this, there is an appropriate example that is very persuasive: ---.
--- is only part of the important aspects, and another equally significant role of choosing AAA lies in the development of ---.
This demonstrates the undeniable fact that ---.

Finally, as a proverb says, “Everything has two sides”. Although I admit that there are a couple of advantages of ----, I still think that the disadvantages of it are more obvious. Such as ---, ----, and ----. This demonstrates that we have no complete evidence to suggest that BBB is always better than AAA.
If all the factors above are considered, we will find out that the advantages of AAA outweigh those of BBB. Therefore from what we have discussed, we may safely come to the conclusion that choosing AAA is a rather wise decision. But I have not denied the opinion that choosing BBB. I must admit that people can do well without AAA, but no one can ignore the added convenience and satisfaction offered by AAA. Such experience will definitely be helpful in one’s later life.

With the booming development of imformation technology, there are much more people who can have the access to any knowledge they want than ever. So the issue about whether teachers are less appreciated than they were in the past has draws a lot of attention. And people's opinions differ. Here are the logic of both sides.
For those who believe that teacher recieve more respect in the past, the advancement of imformation and internet technology has made people less dependent on teachers for knowledge, reasoning that nowadays all we really need is only a labtop and an access to internet when we want to search for almost any data we are interested in. And this change would inevitably result in less and less people in need for a teach to tell them what they want to know. Then the decrease in the appreciation of teacher follows. In the past, teachers are the only souce of knowledge for most people, without them, we won't even be able to count numbers effectively. On the other hand, today we can see lots of "genius" go all the way to the top of their fields with nearly zero help from teacher. So the decreasing reliance of teachers has caused the decreasing value of teacher.
On the other hand, there is another group who firmly believe that teachers are as, if not more, appreciated today as they were in the past. They hold the opinion that even though we are less dependent on teachers for getting imformation, we are more desperately in need of their help to select what is truely useful for us. They reason is that in the imformation age, everyone is facing too much data coming from every direction, which is far beyond our capacity. So today, teachers are actually more important than ever, without their guide, we would probably be lost in in the endless torrent of imformation. According to this logic, they believe the claim that people value teachers less than before are baseless.
From my perspective, both sides stands for a part of the truth, only by putting these seemingly conflicting ideas together can we possibly see the bigger picture. First, we need to admit that teachers are indeed less valued as an access to knowledge. On the other hand, however, we should also recognise the fact good teachers are much more than merely imformation providers. In fact, really wise teachers are the guiding light which could helps us to safely travel through the ocean of knowledge without being lost or drowned. So the answer to the question whether teachers are less appreciated today depends on what the particular teach is--- a mere information provider, or a wise guide?
