　　The first step to writing a great resume is including the right information. If you're writing your first resume, make sure to include these items. The items that you include in your resume fall into six categories: The contact information, objective statement, education, work experience, references and other. 　　At the top of your resume include your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Be creative, but professional. This will make your resume memorable. You may want to download some blank resume templates to get started. Avoid using a nickname on your resume and use a professional sounding email address. If you want to be taken seriously, don't include you littlefluffybunnies@email.com email address. Make sure that you include a permanent telephone number and address so that the employer can contact you easily. If you have a website related to your professional activities you may want to include this on your resume.
