GOT official offer letter
昨天睡很早，不过白天还是困困的。上午先是接到外包公司的电话确认到职时间，我说8月27日，然后她还是希望我能更早一些，我说要今天收到正式offer邮件再跟主管提出离职。这通电话之后我就萌生催W发OFFER的想法，于是打电话，那边便说今天就发合同给我，他们的hr下周就出差回来到时候可以看到纸件，顺便又提醒说合同写的到职时间是8月20日。我说8月27日比较保险，因为交接事宜，不过她说因为这样要跟hr再次沟通改合同什么的...我也不好意思再说什么，就说尽快办理离职之类了。
晚上打算在公司看会资料，后来也没呆多久就想回家了。昨天L兄从sz飞到bj参加面试，说情况不好，情绪极度低落，便请他吃饭不提工作，不想今晚我推车从车库出来便接到他电话说好消息，昨天面的公司已经给OFFER了，原来就是CIeNET，待遇正好就是他的期望值，还不错。然后又几乎拿下alcatel-lucent，因为应聘的职位正好就是他的领域，技术面非常之顺利，走的时候还被那个manager暗示没有问题，就剩下hr谈待遇...这下他可以心满意足的回去了~俺是多么希望俺下周也这么顺利阿
到家第一件事情就是收邮件，163和gmail各收到一封，外包是不打算去了，直接瞅W的，邮寄两个附件，果然就是合同，看到23页满纸英文，从里面找到自己关注的还真不容易，后来终于在一个地方找到了月薪的字眼，呵呵，没出息吧，然后找保险，好像没写什么数字，本着信任的原则我放弃专研，继续找阿找，找到了年休假，有个朋友跟我说人家的年休是不是把五一和十一算进去了？我事后颇郁闷，所以再次确认，年休是去除PRC法定假日的，呼呼，另一个附件是讲stock，***share后面还跟了一段话讲什么，扫了一眼没怎么明白~其他的细节就以后研究吧，看到了心就安稳了。o(∩_∩)o...
6.1 You will be entitled to an annual paid leave in each calendar year (in addition to statutory holidays) to be taken at a time or at times convenient to the Company, at the following rates:
Service Days Per Year
Less Than 3 years 15
3 to Less Than 6 Years 17
6 to Less Than 10 Years 19
10 or More Years 22
Such accrued paid leave is to be taken between 1st January and 31st December in proportion to the number of months of service completed during the calendar year of accrual. Leave not taken by you during this period shall be considered forfeited.
6.2 Additional to the leave entitlement referred in 6.1 above, you will enjoy all normal public and statutory holidays as recognized by the Company in conformance with the laws of the PRC.
