What motivates you at work?
你工作的动力是什么?
I am motivated by constant progress. I find it exciting to implement new ideas and see them through to fruition. I find the most satisfaction in implementing ‘ out of the box’ ideas that ultimately prove their value. I like to be challenged on the job and describe the opportunity to utilize my skills and talents. Quality leadership and culture in the workplace have allowed me to work at my best.
我的工作动力来自于不断的进步。我觉得，可以实现新想法、并取得成就就令人很兴奋。最令人满足的是，可以实现“异想天开”的想法，而这些想法最终会证明他们自己的价值。我喜欢来自工作的挑战，渴望有机会施展我的技能和才能。这里的领导能力和企业文化能够让我发挥最好的才能。
My motivator is working with what I’ve learned from key job assignments and experiences, and taking corrective actions when necessary. I always want to try new things ask for feedback that leads to improve results. And if my trying turns out to be a success, that will motivate me more.
我工作的'动力就是，把我重要任务工作中学到的东西和经验用在现在的工作上。我相信工作时要做出抉择，将它们套用于特定的情况，并在必要时采取修正措施。我总是希望能够尝试新事物，并收到反馈，使结果更好。如果我的努力最终成功了，这就更能够给我动力。
I’ve always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I’m in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my personal satisfaction and for my employer.
我的动力总是来自于我的愿望无论在任何职位都要做到最好。我希望在工作上胜出、成功，这既是为了让我自己也是为了让老板满意。
I love working with people on a day-to-day basic. Interacting with people is what gets me out of bed every morning. I love the excitement of making a sale and having a new customer on my list.
我喜欢每天和人一起工作。和人打交道是我每天清晨起床的动力。我喜欢做销售，每增加一名新客户我的很高兴。
