论中学音乐教师职业倦怠的原因及对策思考

摘 要
音乐教师素质在素质教育的实施中起着关键性的作用。然而有部分音乐教师却产生了职业倦怠情绪，这对中学音乐教育将产生不良影响。因此探讨中学音乐教师职业倦怠的产生原因及其对策，具有重要的现实意义。本文首先从中学音乐教师职业倦怠的主要表现入手，找到其症状。而后通过大量的实例对中学音乐教师职业倦怠的原因11进行了分析，然后对症下药，对其问题提出了可行的对策思考。最后呼吁全社会关心，尊重中学音乐教师，以便强有力地推动音乐教育事业的和谐发展。

ABSTRACT
The quality of music teacher plays a key role in the process of carrying on education for all-round development. However, a number of music teachers in some middle school get tired of the profession of teaching, which has very bad effects on the music education in middle school. Therefore, it would be very significant to discuss the reason why some music teachers get tiredof teaching and the way to solve this problem. This thesis deals with the phenomena that a large number of music teacher get tired of their profession at first. And it then goes to the reason for this phenomenon. With a large number of examples, this thesis discussed the reason why the music teachers get tired of their teaching work one by one and provided some strategies to solve this problem. The last part of this thesis made an appeal to the society to respect the music teacher so as to impel the well-development of the music education.
