摘 要；中国邮政物流的发展关系到中国邮政的整体发展，中国邮政是我国最具传统的物流系统，1直与我国物流事业的发展荣辱与共。中国入世后，物流和快递市场向外资全面开放，由于传统业务不断被替代，寻找新的业务增长点已成为中国邮政面临的现实问题。中国邮政物流企业将面临来自跨国物流企业和民营速递业的双重“挤压”，从中国邮政面向现代物流飞速发展的今天，如何结合自身情况，大力发展现代邮政物流业，本文将通过介绍邮政物流的概况、地位和前景，对邮政物流价值、成本和效益原理以及邮政物流的SWOT分析，探讨中国邮政发展现代物流的对策与建议，力求对邮政物流的发展提供参考价值。
