论东盟自由贸易区与广西农产品加工业的发展
摘 要：随着经济全球化的发展，区域经济1体化是当今世界经济发展的主要趋势之1。中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立给广西这个传统的农业大省带来了机遇与挑战。广西处在中国与东盟各国连接的前沿，东盟自由贸易区不仅给广西生产力发展带来1次难得的机会，也凸显了广西在构建中国—东盟自由贸易区中重要的'地位和作用。本文运用比较优势分析法，得出广西与东盟农产品贸易具有“强强相遇，优势互补”的特点。在此基础上提出广西应该立足于实情，发挥比较优势，提升农产品加工业的发展的观点；并建议广西应该抓住机遇，在东盟自由贸易区框架下，通过创新思维，应用集团、品牌战略，大力发展农产品加工业，实现农产品资源转化增值；推进广西农村经济结构调整，拓展农业发展新领域，培育新的农业经济增长点；增加农民收入，提高农业综合效益，整体素质和国际竞争力，促进广西农业从传统农业向现代农业转变。

Study of ASEAN Free Trade Area and the Development of Agricultural Product Processing Industry of Guangxi
Abstract: With the development of economic globalization， the integration of regional economics is one of the main trends of economic development in our times. China—The setting-up of ASEAN Free Trade Area has brought opportunity and challenge to the large province of traditional agriculture —Guangxi. The front where Guangxi is in China and connect with every ASEAN members， ASEAN Free Trade Area， not only brings a rare chance， but also shows important status and function in constructing China - ASEAN Free Trade Area of Guangxi to productivity development of Guangxi. Though the method of comparative advantage analysis， this article has reached a view that the characteristic of the agricultural trade between Guangxi province and ASEAN is " when strong meet strong， the advantages complement." And more the article presents a perspective that Guangxi province should， based on the local condition， take the use of its comparative advantage to enhance the development of agricultural product processing industry. The author suggests that Guangxi province should seize the opportunity under the framework of the ASEAN free trade area; through innovation thought and by the way of groups and brand strategy， vigorously develop agricultural product processing industry， and change the agricultural resources into value-added; pushes economic structural adjustment of Guangxi province， develop new areas of agricultural development， and foster new economic growth points of agriculture; increase peasant incomes， and improve the comprehensive efficiency of agriculture， the overall quality and international competitiveness; and promote the agriculture of Guangxi province transform from a traditional way to modern agriculture.
