论绿色贸易壁垒的法律问题研究
摘 要
绿色贸易壁垒是国际市场准入限制的1种国际贸易管制措施，它对包括我国在内的发展中国家的产品进入国际市场构成障碍。本文通过对绿色贸易壁垒的基本概念进行剖析，系统分析了绿色贸易壁垒的双重性特点及绿色贸易壁垒的表现形式，从积极和消极两个方面评价绿色贸易壁垒对我国对外贸易的影响，并针对绿色贸易壁垒对我国的消极影响，给出应对措施。

ABSTRACT
Great differences exist in environment standards of countries which resulted in the appearance of green trade barriers as trade protection. It easily constitutes a barrier to market access. As a result ，green barrier has more negative effects on developing countries which including China. This study classified the connotations and characteristics of green trade barrier, gave the descriptions on the experience ways of green trade barrier, analyzed the influences on Chinas export and put forward some countermeasures which aimed at stimulating the development of our foreign trade.
