基于电子商务的物流治理模式研究
摘要: 随着电子商务的迅猛发展, 物流业被提到了前所未有的高度, 但我国物流发展的现状却成为制约电子商务发展的瓶颈。本文分析了当前电子商务物流治理的现状，阐述了物流一体化和专业的第三方物流的发展，并提出了适合中国国情的综合物流代理模式。关键词: 电子商务;物流模式; 物流一体化; 第三方物流
Abstract: With the rapid development of the E-commerce (Electronic Commerce), logistics was brought to the unprecedented height. But the state of our country's logistics has already become a big bottleneck to the development of E-commerce. The *** analyses the current situation of E-commerce logistics management ,states the development of integrated logistics and third party logisticsand put forwardsthe logistic agent mode. which is suitable for the situation of China.
