1、Basic Purpose主要工作目标

负责公司工业润滑油的销售和推广

Responsible for Industrial oil sales and promotion

2. Duties and Responsibilities主要职责

l 负责其区域内销售目标和计划,制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度

Be responsible for the main objectives and plans with his/her function & field and to formulate, participate in or assist the superior in implementing related policies and systems.

l 负责建立管理销售队伍,完成销售目标

To establish and manage the sales teams and to accomplish the sales objectives.

l 负责对区域内销售人员的日常组织、协调和管理工作

To be in charge of the daily organization, coordination and management of the sales staff within his/her responsible areas.

l 管理和组织对渠道合作者持续的支持,如销售和技术培训、售前协助、售后客户服务、技术支持等

To manage and organize the persistent support to the channel cooperators, such as sales and technical trainings, before-sales assistance, after-sales customer services, technical support, etc.

l 开发管理新的渠道合作者

To develop and manage the new channel cooperators

l 与产品管理及应用工程部门密切合作以满足客户的需求。

Cooperate with Product Management and Application Engineering to satisfy customers

l 及时并准确地提供销售预测。

Provide sales forecast accurately and timely qualification

3、Working Experience 工作经验及要求:

· 至少5年润滑油或石油化工领域、机械制造领域的销售经验。

At least 5 years of sales working experience in Lubricants/Petrochemical/Machine tool industry or related

· 流畅的英文读写能力

Fluent English reading and writing

· 正直,对公司忠诚度高

· 较强学习能力
