  Introduction:
The purpose of the program is to select the young and talented undergraduate or graduate students. The duration of the program is 12-18 months. After the program is finished and performance evaluation is confirmed to be successful, we will appoint the trainee to a specific position based on his/her performance.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above in a famous university, candidates with overseas education background are highly welcomed;
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese;
Willing to work under pressure;
Strong learning desire and ability.
