Working as a sales supervisor in outdoor furniture dept. My reponsbility is as below,
-According the sales objectives to lead merchandiser to carry out product presentation to customers.
- Anticipate problems and provide solutions to resolve them. Supervise the merchandising team in order processing and keep track of the delivery status.
-Report work strategy directly to Managing Director,
make customer/supplier assessment and annual sales plan
-Assist Director with appointment arranging for annual customer order purchansing process.
