电话面试IGP-WB-FM

　　面试问题

　　1. Tell me about your study

　　2. Why banking, why financial markets

　　3. What inspired you to choose/ what is your career goal

　　4. Any questions at this stage

　　Part 2. Behavior

　　1. Tell me an example when you have to deliver a task to very high standard. What challenges have you faced?

　　2. Tell me an example when you have to work with people with different opinions.

　　3. Example of adapting to changes quickly. How long did it take you to adapt, why was it important? What have you learnt from it.

　　这个不是HR，是渣打把第一轮外包到印度的一个人力公司。打来的印度姐姐没什么口音的，声音很好听，也很和蔼。

　　但是面的时间长不代表就好，我就说的太久了，面完累到半死口干舌燥。说话多伤元气啊。。。印度姐姐一直confirm details, 自己感觉不是很满意，有时候例子里有点technical的东西她听几遍也不理解，一边听一边要记笔记的，真心不容易。

　　总之祝大家都好运啦~ 今年招人的投行不多，所以渣打的要求也是水涨船高，好好准备吧~ 加油!!
