求职英语之外企面试问题（1.2.3问）

作为踏入职场的一个重要环节，忽视面试的重要性就等于放弃眼前的工作。面试给公司和应招者提供了进行双向交流的机会，谈话是面试过程中的一项在非常重要的手段，而考官经常会提到的'问题，我们要怎么做才能有备无患呢？

1. So, tell me a little about yourself.
   那么先谈谈你自己吧。
   You don’t need to explain everything from birth to present day. Relevant facts about education, your career and your current life situation are fine.
    这个时候你不需要详细介绍自己的生日等情况，只要说说受教育和工作经历以及现在的生活现状就可以了。

2. Why are you looking (or why did you leave you last job)?
   你为什么找工作（或者说你为什么离开上一个工作）？
   This should be a straightforward question to answer, but it can trip you up. Presumably you are looking for a new job because you want to advance your career and get a position that allows you to grow as a person and an employee. It’s not a good idea to mention money here, it can make you sound mercenary. And if you were fired, you’ll need a good explanation.
   这种直截了当的问题很容易使你犯错。大致可以这样回答：你是为了找到一个有发展和成长空间的职位，从而使自己在职业生涯中有所提高。最好别在这个时候提到薪酬，它会让你看起来过于急功近利。而如果你是因为被炒了鱿鱼才来找工作，那么你就需要一个合理的解释了。

3. Tell me what you know about this company.
   谈谈你对这个公司的认识。
   Do your homework before you go to any interview. You should know about the company or business you’re going to work for. Has this company been in the news lately? Who are the people in the company you should know about? Do the background work, it will make you stand out as someone who comes prepared, and is genuinely interested in the company and the job.
   面试前就要做做功课了。你得知道在这个公司中你即将从事的工作内容。这个公司最近被新闻报道了吗？你需要了解公司中的哪些人？有备而来会使你显得很突出，对该公司很感兴趣并且想到得到这份工作。
