面试：什么不应问
不该问“Do you think I’d fit in here?”(您觉得我适合这里吗？)很显然，如果你适合，这个问题显得你超没自信；如果你不适合，面试官也只会跟你打哈哈，他干嘛要当面得罪你？
如果你实在想知道答案，不妨换个自信一点的说法：“Do you think my experience and strength could contribute a lot to your company?”(您觉得我的经验和优势会对贵公司做出很大贡献吗？)或者“I hope I can be the right person for this position, but I need to hear your opinion first.”(我希望我能成为最适合这个职位的人，但我需要先倾听您的看法。”
有一些问题是需要在开头避免的，比如：“"How many hours do I have to work every day?”(我每天必须工作几个小时？)或者"What’s your company’s vacation policy?"(公司的休假制度是怎样的？)因为这些问题暗示你不喜欢加班，很关心休假——而这未必是面试官期望的问题。
提问是面试的延续，因此，就算不为了取悦面试官，你也要让自己看上去像一个值得信赖的、能够高效专注工作的职业人。与之相匹配的问题有："What’s the day-to-day like here?"(这里每天是如何进行的'？)"What are the core duties for this posiiton?”(该职位的主要职责有哪些？)“How is the communication and cooperation among different departments？”(不同部门之间的沟通合作怎么样？)“what is the dressing code here?”(公司的着装要求是怎样的？)“Do you enjoy working here? Why?”(您喜欢在这儿工作吗？为什么？)
当然啦，面试结束前，使尽浑身解数的你可以彬彬有礼地提出最后一个问题："Could you please tell me about the compensation and benefits package?"(请问您可以告诉我有关补偿与福利的规定吗？)这个时候，被你哄得很开心的面试官多半就知无不言、言无不尽了。
