  职位描述:

  Job Responsibilities:

  - Job posting, external hiring channel maintaining and update.

  - Candidate sourcing, CV screening, telephone interview.

  - Interview process coordination and following-up including but not limited to interview scheduling, on-site interview coordination, CV printing etc..

  - HR Marketing project support.(Especially WeChat promotion and Hot job preparation)

  -Other TA project or meeting support as needed

  - Administration daily activities and other related matrix support (such as printing, scanning, sealing)

  Requirements:

  1. At least 3-4 days/week available and last for 6 months;

  2. Has similar practice in HR related area would be a plus;

  3. Willing to learn and work under pressure;

  4. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;

  5. Good team player and fast learner with detail-oriented mindset;

  6. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially in Excel, Power Point and Word.
