一、问候
俗话说万事开头难，一旦有个好的开头，考生就能进入状态，逐渐放松，自然应对。自我介绍的问候语部分是个简单铺垫，不需要太长，一两句话即可。此时请注意面带微笑，表情自然，最好与对面的面试老师有目光交流，如果担心紧张，可以环视一周。
1. 称呼：dear professors，respected professors
2. 套话：
该部分的套话内容大体包括：感谢给自己面试机会;问好。内容应该简练，导师真正想听的是后面的内容，切忌在此部分内容太长。

二、自我介绍
1. 基本情况
该部分包括考生的姓名，年龄，家乡，家庭情况，性格爱好等基本信息。
注意：
(1)家庭情况(例如家庭有几口人，父母职业等)可不必单独说出，或者家庭情况可以作为后面的铺垫，例如自己喜欢某个专业或自己立志考某个学校专业是和家庭某成员有关(建议此处不要随意编造，以免随后老师会根据这个提问更细节问题时无话可说。)
(2)性格爱好也非必须，尤其在自己准备的专业相关等更重要内容比较多时，可以不写性格爱好。如果要写，也建议着重强调自己的个性和所报考的专业的契合处。例如踏实、细心、团队协作、动手能力强等。
(3)介绍家乡时，可以稍作拓展，例如介绍家乡的特色文化等。

2. 学习情况
①毕业院校、专业。注意一定要先行确认自己学校，院系和专业名称的英文表达。同理，非在校生要确认自己的单位，职位的英文表达。
②成绩，证书，奖学金，论文/实践。

When I learnt more about this field, I became more interested in it. Apart from the textbooks, I borrowed many relevant ones from our library to read, such as(适当举例，随后也可根据需要适当评论).
4. 为什么读研?研究生阶段的计划
①读研原因：读研的原因可以多思考一些，尽量更生动形象。例如想进一步学习和研究;喜欢学校生活，希望能趁年轻在学校的环境中学到更多知识;也可以说选择报考院校的原因;如果是已工作的考生，可以增加工作中发现自己某方面知识不足等原因。
②准备考研的过程和付出的努力：可以简单说明考研期间自己的作息，心态的自我调整，如何排解压力如何坚持等，这样能体现你追求学业的坚韧和努力。
③研究生阶段的计划：以学习和与专业相关的实践为主。

注意事项：
1. 自我介绍不必追求过于华丽的辞藻，以免考场上忘记这些自己本不熟悉的词汇。
2. 自我介绍不宜太长，2-3分钟比较理想。
3. 要多练习几遍，但也不必像背书那样，避免过于僵硬显得不自信。
4. 如果紧张可通过深呼吸等缓解，如果忽然忘记接着要说什么，可以说I just feel a little bit nervous, because this is my first time to have such an interview.来给自己争取而一些时间，避免空白尴尬，让自己更为紧张。
