There is no denying the fact that the introduction of the Golden Week holidays in China has considerably promoted the development of the nation’s economy and touring industry and enriched people’s life. People around the country have spent more time and money traveling and relaxing themselves.
As every coin has two sides, the Golden Week holidays have also brought about piles of problems. For one thing, due to the fact that people across the country are spending their vacations during the same period of time, it is terribly crowded almost everywhere: trains, buses, hotels, scenic spots, etc., which have ruined people’s mood for vacations. For another, some businessmen take advantage of the week long holidays and raise the priced of commodities and services.
Personally, I believe that it is necessary for people to have long vacations, but there is no need for them to have the vacations during the same period of time. Instead, they should be allowed the freedom to arrange their own vacations. Only in this way can they really relax and refresh themselves for a new round of work.

First of all, a lot of people are addicted to the computer; they like to watch TV, play online games instead of going out with friends. Virtual world brings greater emptiness, so the more people obsession with computers the more loneness they will feel. However, the development of science and technology is a two-edged weapon, which inevitably has advantage and disadvantage. Computer just is a communication tool. It can't be used as an excuse of making people lonely. It provides us more opportunity to get in touch with people from all walks of society, as long as open a computer, people can chat with others. But if a person doesn't want to get along with others, even if he communicates with others face to face, he will never eliminate loneliness.
To sum up, the reason why people feel lonely is mixture of many causes, if there is no computer and network, we actually feel even more isolated.

波东寺（Phodong Monastery）建于1721年。1947年毁于一场大火，1948年重建。一年一度的查姆节于阴历10月28、29日庆祝。
Phodong Monastery is situated in the northern part of the state of Sikkim. It lies at a distance of approximately 28 km from the capital city of Gangtok. One of the six most important monasteries of Sikkim, Phodong dates back to the early 18th century. However, the monastery that we see today is not the original one and was rebuilt. Presently, it boasts of being one of the most beautiful monasteries in the state and serves as the residence of approximately 260 monks.
The monastery also has a rich collection of some ancient murals. The annual festival at Phodang Gompa of India takes place on the 28th and 29th day of the tenth month of the Tibetan Calendar (usually December). The celebrations of the festival include the performance of religious dances by the monks.
